  • "My name is Kristen Zacche and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a radically compassionate and inclusive approach. Through my work, I cherish the importance and opportunity of creating a welcoming, depth-oriented and respectful therapeutic environment.

  • My style has an individualistic approach that pulls from multiple theoretical perspectives, such as a Narrative, Somatic, DBT, Trauma-informed and Humanistic lens. Mindfulness and spirituality are intertwined in my work, as I value the holistic approach and recognizing the wholeness of humans. I operate from a multicultural lens, welcoming all genders, expressions, populations and sexualities. I feel very connected working with fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as young adults and women. Some of my focus areas are working with symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self hatred, societal and patriarchal stressors, trauma, relationship stressors, sexuality questioning, gender dysphoria, and existential dread.

  • Gentleness, mindfulness, shadow work and inner child work are heavily weaved into my therapeutic style. As a Psychotherapist (LMHC), I currently offer individual psychotherapy services in private practice. Some of my prior experience includes working at a University Counseling Center and at an outpatient program for co-occurring mental health conditions.

  • I feel honored to join clients in engaging in the process of unlearning self-limiting narratives that no longer serve, and instead fostering self compassion, self-acceptance and remembering our inherent worthiness and wholeness."
