“What we find is that if you have a goal that is very, very far out, and you approach it in little steps, you start to get there faster. Your mind opens up to the possibilities.” ~ Dr. Mae Jemison- the first African American female astronaut. Dr. Mae Jemison met her goals, and you can too.  I find that when we take our personal goals and make them into small doable steps we can take what seems insurmountable into something we can accomplish.

For the last 8 years, I have worked in the mental health field for over 8 years, and as a psychotherapist for the last 4. I have helped individuals, families, and couples with a myriad of concerns  including anxiety, depression,  relationship conflict, post-grad depression, grief/complicated grief, racial trauma, complex trauma, life transitions, LBTQ+ issues, work stress, identity development and more. Providing hope and positivity during the pandemic has been especially needed.

Let me help you be the best version of yourself, realizing your full potential and dream again. Let me help you find peace and guide you to a more joyful and fulfilling life.
